A weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Ladd

Wow, what a great weekend we just had. Grandma and Grandpa Ladd made a LONG trip down from Boston just to see me....I guess they kinda wanted to see my daddy and mommy too, but not so much. Lucy and Cinder still don't really like each other, so I had fun watching them try and get along. Grandma taught me how to "cough" and I liked grandpa's red sweatshirts.

A deer scared my daddy....AGAIN!

Well, last Friday a deer jumped out and scared my daddy, and last night another one did the same thing. He was not a happy camper because the big deer with antlers messed up the other side....I hope that doesn't happen again.

Watch Me Grow

Well, now that I'm four months old, I thought I would put on some pictures of me growing up. Mommy and daddy keep taking pictures of me in the same chair to see how big I'm getting. I hope you like them!!

I HATE SHOTS

I don't have any pictures of Monday, thank goodness. I had to get my second set of shots. My grandma Heimbach came up to go along. I think she was there more for mommy than me. :) I weighed 16 pounds and am 25 1/4 inches long. I had 4 shots and Mommy said I didn't cry as much this time. It hurt though....the doctor said I could try eating some cereal and stuff now. I've tried it, and I'm not sure if I like the stuff yet. I've had rice cereal and applesauce.

Crazy Hair

My mom always tries to tame my hair....it is actually starting to lay down now. It is getting really long and thick. I cant wait until I can wear ponytails like my big cousin Madison. My "aunt" Margaret calls me Chia...like the pet. :) I hope I don't start sprouting grass. :)

A deer scared my daddy

Well, on Friday night my dad hit a deer. He was on his way home from work and it just jumped out in front of him. Mommy seemed worried, but daddy said only his car got hurt, so that made us feel better. :)

It's my birthday!!

Today I am four months old!!! My mom can hardly believe it. We don't have any pictures yet of today, but we will I'm sure. My mom and dad try and blind me with that flashy thing at least 10 times a day.

I had fun on our walk today because I got to see snow. Mom said it was tooo early for snow, but I thought it was pretty.

No leaves were harmed in the taking of these pictures. :)

My mommy took me out to see the leaves. Don't worry grandma's, I wasn't laying on the grass...mommy put down a garbage bag first. :) I loved looking, feeling and of course tasting the leaves.
